2009 RASNZ Conference Registration

On the RASNZ Payments and Purchases pages all "Add to Cart" and "View Cart" buttons will record your order in a secure PayPal website. You can safely enter personal details, including credit card information on the ViewCart and checkout pages.

Members' Subscriptions become due on 1st January each year. The current Annual Subscription for New Zealand members is $60 for those not wishing to receive the Year Book. There is a slightly higher subscription rate for overseas members to cover the extra mailing costs - $70 for Australian member and $75 elsewhere in the world.
An early payment rebate of $5 may be deducted if paying by cheque or Internet Bank Transfer by 31 January 2009
Members may order the 2010 Yearbook (for delivery December 2009) with the 2009 Subscription. The cost is $15 for New Zealand Members,
$20 for Australia and elsewhere in the the world. (The recommended retail price is about $20 plus postage.)
Please note: Yearbook payments received with 2009 subscriptions
will be assumed to be for the 2010 Yearbook delivered during December 2009 unless other wise advised.
Then please send an email to the RASNZ Treasurer to assist with reconciling bank statements.
If you no longer have your subscription notice please include your name and address with your payment.
The RASNZ is always pleased to accept donations to further its work in various areas. The RASNZ is now registered with the Charity Commission, registration number CC25390. Donations over $5.00 are tax deductible for New Zealand taxpayers and receipts will be sent to donors showing the amount donated.
The income from this fund is used to support travel costs within New Zealand of speakers to meetings organised by the RASNZ or its Affiliated Societies.
This group publicises sensible lighting issues, provides material on lighting issues and assists with campaigns to limit excessive, wasteful outdoor lighting and promote dark skies.
Donations to the RASNZ are added to the "Special Purposes Fund" to assist with projects as determined from time to time by the RASNZ Council
The 2009 RASNZ Conference will be held from Friday evening 22 May 2009 to Sunday afternoon 24 May 2009 at the Quality Inn, Cuba Street, Wellington. See the Conference Information Page for further details.
A Colloquium on Studying Southern Variable Stars will be held on Friday 22 May 2009 during the day immediately prior to the official conference opening. For further information see Studying Southern Variables Colloquium You can register for the Colloquium using the 2009 Conference registration.
